TALENT DISCOVERY (12/08/15 & 14/08/15)

hello Guides here are some things to take note for the upcoming talent discovery!!
the aim of talent discovery is for Guides to better able find out where their talents lie in the various committees. upon going through talent discovery, Guides will remain in their committees (from talent discovery)
there are 4 committees in total:
1. Gadgets
2. Gateway
3. Tentage
4. Arts (backdrop, souvenirs etc)
these committees will be used for events such as open house, outdoor challenge and cca fair etc.
PROGRAMME FLOW:
each day, you will complete 2 stations so by the end of the week, you would have completed all 4.
you have 1 hour for each station before swapping over.
12/08/15:
Gadgets first: Oriole, hibiscus, swallow
Tentage first: Bougain, ixora, jasmine, sunflower
Gateway first: Flowerpecker, kfc, mynah
Arts first: Dove, mg, orchid, sparrow
After one hour,
those in:
1. gadgets move to arts
2. gateway move to tentage
3. tentage move to gateway
4. gadgets move to arts
14/08/15:
Gadgets first: Flowerpecker, kfc, mynah
Tentage first: Dove, mg, orchid, sparrow
Gateway first: Oriole, hibiscus, swallow
Arts first: Bougain, ixora, jasmine, sunflower
PLs and PSes are to take charge of their patrols and make sure their patrol finishes their committee within 1 hour and move off to the next station.
Please put in your best effort when at the stations as your performance will determine your comm for the rest of your Guides journey! For those who are unable to come for CCA on any of the 2 days, please come look for the CLs&ACLs.
