Hello guides!
This concerns the Retest Day on the 26th Nov as well as Open House on 27th Nov, Saturday. EVERYONE WHO NEEDS A RETEST(S) must come back to school on 26th November, Friday for your retest, especially if you wish to get your Bronze, Silver or Gold by this year. If you have passed all the tests that your cohort has already taken, you do not have to come for the Retest Day. Those who cannot make it for valid reasons (eg overseas) or have no retests, please SMS your PL.
Retest timing: 8am - 1pm (Can come any time between this timing, need not stay for whole day)
For committees such as Gateway, Gadgets and other comms that have practices on 26th, your retests will go on concurrently.
Attire: PE shirt/Guides shirt and PE shorts.
As for Open House, only Gateway, Gadgets, Outdoor Cooking, Display and Tour Leaders have to come back on the 27th. ICs of these committees, please arrange your Guides into shifts unless you're planning to stay the whole day. Eg, Gateway has to stay the entire day (check with IC).
If you are from a different committee but you wish to come back for committee practices, ICs have to sms Aline, Ashley or I immediately..
