**I/C and A/IC of Game masters and Song Leaders, please note that your members have to be only from the
red and grey badge. Members chosen are expected to oblige and carry out their duties as instructed by the I/C and A/IC. They are also expected to participate in the preparation and meetings organized by the committee they were initially placed in.
ProposalsI/C and A/ICs, do consult the secondary four seniors if you are unsure about anything.
RPs please pass your I/C and A/IC the proposal you did for orientation09 (if you still have them) to be used as reference.

In your proposal, include the proposed
dates and time your committee is going to meet up. State what you plan to finish by the end of each meeting.
Also attach a list of their committee members stating:
Name, Class, contact number.
Please limit to a maximum of 5 sessions.
Other changes to the various committees:
Banner committee: need not paint a whole banner, make use of the posters or make new posters.
Gateway committee: A simple gateway, due to space constrains.
