Girl Guides Australia has extended an invitation to Girl Guides Singapore to participate in their
‘Taking the Lead - Young Women’s Forum 2009’.
This event provides an opportunity for young women to have a say on issues concerning them and to develop the skills they need to advocate on these issues in Guiding and in the wider community.
It is a great opportunity for young women to:- Increase their leadership skills
- Learn about advocacy, how it applies to them and what they can do with it
- Develop self confidence and boost self esteem
- Learn some practical skills to carry them through life
- Builds your enthusiasm and motivation, and expand their network of friends.

Participants: Guides age 14 - 17 (with minimum Bronze Award), Young Adults and Adult Leaders (below 30 years)
